Clubs are shipped via UPS Ground, usually within 1-2 business days of order.
I never want a customer to be dissatisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your set - please reach out to me and I will do what I can do to make it right. I generally try to avoid returns on a complete set unless there was an error in the listing or damage during shipping. Please keep in
mind that I do my best to provide good pictures and a detailed description but there will be some wear on the clubs (which is built into the pricing).
